Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, county, state, or other search term into a search tool, that request may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Seward County Inmate Population does not maintain its own official inmate database and does not store those search terms as jail records on this site.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message content and reply address may be kept long enough to respond and handle the request. We do not share contact messages outside the organization except when required by law, court order, subpoena, or another valid legal process.
